Many people have signed up for the Rubbish Diet Spring Clean declutter challenge.
The aim is to declutter our loft, a room or even just a corner without creating landfill waste.
And what a challenge it is!
While some of us have got stuck in with gusto, many of us are procrastinating, feeling overwhelmed or don’t know where to start!
Fortunately Janet and Hazel have come to the rescue with their no-nonsense approach.
Janet says “Aim to sort out five things per day, it is a little less daunting that the whole house and more often you will actually do more.”
Hazel said “Just decide to spend five minutes tidying. If you end up doing more – result!”
