Once you start recycling to the max, finding places to store it all can need a bit of thinking about. But don’t worry! Karen has some great solutions. Click on the image above to see them in full.
Karen explains, ” I have a tiny kitchen so the last thing I need is for it to be cluttered up with recycling. I use a big kitchen bin for my recycling, as I have a co-mingled service in Suffolk, I put all my plastic, paper, card and tins in the one bin. I use a box for empty jars and bottles, and bags on hooks for everything else. And best of all, it all hides neatly behind the kitchen door.”
If you have to separate out your recycling, then its worth using separate containers to store the plastic, tins, paper and so on. We’ve got lots of great ideas on our pinterest board.
